Legality of claiming share in property after disowning by the parents

07-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather had written a will disowning his elder son(because his wife was provoking him to sell off the house and be separated with the money) and leaving the property(our house) for my dad. Is the will challenge-able ? And can in any way my uncle can get a share from this property? Additional information: 1.My grandfather has passed away while my grandmother is still alive. She is in the favour of my uncle. 2.My uncle is legally disowned/Bedakhal.

Simply , you have challenged the will and you have filed suit for declaration that the above said will is null, void and forged one and mainly will is vaild on self acquired property or ancestral property if property is ancestral then you have strongly legal heritability if property is self acquired property then will is challenged by way of wrong basis
