Legal rights of grandson in grandmothers property
09-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Can i have rights to my grand mother property who is no more now. Since my father's brothers pressing to sell very less price to one of his Co brother. As kin of my grand mother can oppose legally and stop this settlement.
Upon the death of your grandmother, her estate would devolve upon all her children and husband. If your father was alive on that date, he would also be entitled to a share. You can claim your father's share only along with your mother, brothers and sisters.
