I live with my father in house in unauthorised colony in delhi. one half of the house was bought by my father other half was bought by my brother. my father contributed 30% for other half. but this half is on my brother name . deal was done on GPA. my brother is not living with us. for last 6-7 years i am paying electricity bill payment. but bill is on my brother name. so after my father do I have any claim on this property? I am living in this property with my family. I do not have good terms with my brother.

both the properties are self acquired properties of your father so he has the right to sell off the same by way of will. However, if you can show that such property is in any way purchased out of funds from ancestral property/inherited funds then you can file a suit for partition.
