Legal remedy as brother not given share in father's property by sister

My father n mother died they kept my sis n me as 50 % share holder for flat but my sis has taken away all original docs of flat and gold, i'm requesting her to distribute equally but she is not responding

Is any document/will created by your parents thereby dividing the property on your names?
Further, who is occupying the said flat? Of original documents are taken by your sister, you can very well take out copies of the same from SRO office.
