Legal remedy against sister in law when asking for share in property

We r three sons no sisters and my elder brother expired my sister in law (elder brother wife ) asking share / property in our house and land , that's not my brother property ,it's our dad own property and he don't wanna give it to her and he wants to give to kids grandsons.what to do ?? Where should I file a case?
As long as your dad is alive, nobody can claim that property. Since it is the self acquired property, you dad can give to anybody, even outsiders. If you dad expired without writing a will, then it is divided into four parts. Each son will get 1/4th each and 1/4th will go to your mother.
