Legal heir certificate getting when alive.

I want to get legal heir certificate containing the names of my wife and children even when I am alive. My children are in foreign countries. Is it possible? We are Hindu.
No you cannot get a certificate of that sort of you want to transfer your property movable and immovable in your childrens name then write a will or settlement in their name and your wife name therefore you have to write a will and register them
