22-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I am 24 year old male (Hindu religion ) having living mother and grandmother and in their bank account i was mentioned as dependent or nominee and one year back I signed a document without proper reading to outside person (say friend of me) and I guess it is related to property of me. Can he get my property?

You can challange the validity of the document by establishing that you were cheated and were not made aware of the contents of the document. but its difficult to prove the same as you had signed it with your consent. your not reading the agreement is no excuse.
