Legal action if relatives claiming share in grandmothers property

We are muslim. My great grandmother has property of 28 cents has transfered it to her next generation. Now her relatives with whom she stayed they are telling that my great grandmother wrote 3 cents on there name. They are staying in that area since 30 years we did ask them to vacate. Now they are telling this land belongs to them as my great grandmother wrote 3 cents to them. How should we proceed.
