Lease agreement leasor and lease same can it be dissolved before time

A property has been agreed for irrevocable lease for 99 years to a trust ....is there any way of closing the lease before the stipulated period... Additional info: Lessor and lesse are same person according to the document...is it possible? The trust was registered post lease agreement. how to take the process further?

Actually who are you? and how you are related that said property? and in what capacity you are raising this?, what is your idea?, for any agreement there should be two parties should be there. The possibility of entering contract between same person in the capacity of lessor and lessee is highly vague and need to probed for fuller understanding, better you approach any advocate with copy of the documents.
