one HIG Flat Jointly in name of two real brother a & b with 50% ownership & joint home loan. B given A his share by POA, RA, Will and affdvt with liability of his share in Home loan. A paid money to B though NEFT and get registered POA, Agreement , Will and one Affediavte with Ghaziabad Authorities by paying 2@ stamp Duty. Later B withdraw Will and POA while keeping Regd. Agreement intact and did not inform A about that . Withdrawal of POA and will is intimated to Authorities. What A should Do?

In the given situation A has no rights over the said share of B as he earlier registered the said POA in the name of 'A' but if he wants to withdraw the same then he can do so.
