Dear Sir
We just shift to new rent house after more than 8+ years live in last house. We don't have any Rent Agreement. My last Landlord says you have to clear Letring Tank yourself as you live here 8+ here. So before Going to a new house, it's your responsibility to clear letring tank.
Sir, please tell us what is the law for about this.

had there been an agreement oral or written which specifically mentions this as your duty then you would have been obliged to do it. however, in the absence of the agreement they can not force you to do the same or stop your security amount or deduct from your security amount.
