LAND PROPERTY DISPUTE AMONG THE FAMILY

We have a property that we brought around 30 years ago. Now the property was in the name of my mother and one of my cousins. we have paid all his share to him already 28 years ago but he has delayed the transfer of ownership from himself by making some excuses and now saying that he will file a case instead of doing the transfer peacefully. We have been living in the same house for 30 years. All the municipality bills and all are in my mother's name. He has his names in land documents only. I just want to know what are the nest possible scenarios for me. And if I were to go with the case how strong my case is.
Dear Sir.. You have stated that your cousin intends to file case against you instead of transferring property.. On what basis he is threatening you to file case.. Further we will need to know that how you will prove that entire amount was paid by you 28 years back.. Please contact us and discuss..
