How to vacate illegally encroachments? A hereditary plot in Wanowri shows my name as owner on property card and 7/12 extract but actually out of total 14 are land only 3 are is vacant and there also new construction is started. Is this possible to vacate and get legal possession?
Yes , you have get the land measured by DILR later after fixation of boundary you may file civil case avast the encroaching people and ask to vacate the land,answer will be more clear depends upon the document u supplied
