land in village father invested on it and his brother wants his share

I need any gud suggestion i am having a land in village which is under our control from 35years the land is 7 kanal in which 2 kanal are on my father name nd remaining on my grand father name now my uncle said they have share in it plz suggest me what to 2 the land have boundary walls which was build by my father nd the land was having no way so my father purchase 1 kanal more on my mother name to make gud road to it ?
