my father bought agriculture land under my grandmother's name as he didn't have Khata. Both my father and grandmother are no more. my uncle and aunt want a share of that property. Is there any way to transfer that property completely to me?
Sir, your father purchased the property in grandfather's name. So all the children of the grandfather have equal share in the property. You cannot completely transfer the property in your name. Katha is not a title of the property. If you need any other advice contact me.
