Land compensation to be given or not if name of party not mentioned

Land compensation award case is pending in the court of , Court No-202, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi. 1. Land compensation award belongs to village Khampur Raya, opp. west patel nagar. new delhi. 2. The applicants have signed the relinquishment deed in favour of Shiv Kumar & Naveen kumar ie first party.he muation 3. On the basis of said relinquishment deed the first party have executed the muation in their favour in revenue record. 4. In 2008, both the parties settled the matter by signing the M.O.U in which it was stated that the first party shall not claim any right title or interest in the respective share of the second party. 5. But due the mutation held in rampura authrity(S.D.M Patel nagar), the applicants can't become a party in L.A.C records. Now, what we should do, to stop the compensation of the first party until their name should add or any other relief.
the area of the land is not being mentioned by you in the said query.Secondly it is also not clear who did a relinquishment deed in whose favor .If the deed has been done in someones favor and the mutation in revenue records has also been transferred then he is liable to get the compensation as well .please elaborate for specific reply thanks.
