land acquisition for road widening

14-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
The BBMP is widening the road infront of our apartment. 10m land from our property will be taken over. We have a problem that all our water tanks, WTP, STP, substation are situated underground/ overground in this area. There is no other space in the property to shift these. All these facilities are joined to the main building structure and demolishing these may affect the structural stability. In this situation how to stop the take over or make the BBMP find suitable solution? Which court to approach? Can the BBMP start the work without resolving the problem. We have only given one notice to BBMP citing our problem after the notification.

Since this matter pertains to land acquisition, it is likely that you have to file a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court. However the BBMP notification has to be looked into. Also have they responded to your notice?
