We have purchased one flat in mumbai in 1980. We 4 brothers contributed for the same. We used to give our salary till date we were there.But property registered on elder brother name. Now our elder brother is not giving our share in that property.
Our farm 7/12 extract is common not yet separated. Can we claim that property. Pls suggest.
