Join propert by 3 people, can 1 person sell his share?

We 3 people hold a single house constructed in 3 floors. I want to sell my portion of ground floor? Can i sell it ??
NO, you cannot sell the property without the consent of the co-owners, property being under joint owner ship you alone cannot sell your share without the consent of other owners. once the consent is given you may then sell your share, but there would be an issue on the ownership of the property.
