It's is the property from my fore father's

Actually we are three families are there in ten guntas from my grandfather times recently 2nd family brought all the records of that land and then we came to realise that the three families of each one will get a ten guntas each and and two families are surveyed and got another side of land and they got that possission and they are in the process of DC conversation and they are leaving my possession by the way my father got whole ten guntas that we having from my grandfather time and now they are threatening my father that they won't leave the possission and they are in both spots.what should we do now? kindly reply as soon as possible
as per the Hindu succession act your father can get his share by partition suit. iff they object make them all party to come to the conclusion before trail. iff there is a any threat by them just lodge complaint for threat. they preparing to convertion the land send them legal notice to stop that. further records come to the conclusion.
