Issue regarding parking area allotted by builder

Respected Sir / Madam, I have query relating to parking space allotted by the builder to the first purchaser of the flat. it is allotted parking and normal stamp paper document was executed between Builder & first buyer. The original agreement does not contain any subject relating to allotted parking. But not the said property has been sold to me along with allotted parking space. Just i wanted to know shall i include that allotted parking space in mu resale agreement. Kindly guide me.

As you have purchase the flat form the previous owner and parking space is also occupied by you, then of course you can transfer it to the person to whom you are selling the property. It dose not matter the parking area not mentioned in agreement, if builder have given separate allotment letter of parking is also valid. Some people do not show in the agreement to avoid excess stamp duty to be paid on transfer of property.
