Land is A khata and apartment is on B khata, no OC, can I buy the flat?
Occupancy certificate will be issued after ensuring that the apartment is in conformity with all the laws and regulations and there are no violations. So, you have to scrutinise the documents and if you see good possibility of the premises getting OC, then go for it.
