Is grandson eligible to have right over his grandmothers property

My Grandmother had 1.93 acre . But my uncle registered that land on his name in the registration office recently without taking my signature .. so am i eligible to have right to own that land ? If so ,according to which law or act ,it will be applicable .
if the property belongs to your mothers mother you can not claim the property if your mother is there she can claim the property by filing for cancellation of registration in court. if your mother marriage is performed after 1983.
