My father has given his flat on live license to live on condition for 1 year lock in period and mean

01-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has given his flat on live license to live on condition for 1 year lock in period and meanwhile my father has transfered the ownership of that flat to me (his son) by making a gift deed agreement with duly register and stamp duty paid. So now I'm the fully owner of that flat. But now the question is about that live license agreement which my father has done with tenant. So I want to ask that is it possible to transfer that live license agreement on my name as licensor/owner or is it okay to continue tenant with father and tenant first (old) live license agreement ?

Now status has been changed, so you may require to re-register the agreement, as you are entitiled for licnese fee and if any complication then you will br responsible so better to rergister it on your name as licensors

Respected sir

Now u r the owner of that flat, so 1st l and l agreement is not valid now. you have to entered with new agreement with your old tenant. Your father is not owner now and therefore change in ownership u have to execute new agreement.
