Is a legal heir certificate necessary for selling a property

Dear Sir/ Madam,We are 4 of us.Our father expired.He left a registered will in the name of all 4 of us stating equal shares for all.We have good understanding among our selves.Is it possible to sell this property with out getting the legal heir certificate.Can we sell based on the basis of registered will itself without legal heir certificate.

A legal heir certificate is not required esp., in the light of the Will, that too registered. The property stands vested in all the beneficiaries of the Will and hence the conveyance could be executed by all of them.
