19-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My Maternal Grandfather died in 2004.He is survived by Two daughter and one Son .Out of the daughters one is my mother and my question is whether she has any right over his property(one house). There is no will. Can my mother or as her son,I claim any share of the property ?The other daughter is unmarried and one son is alive. If the property is sold can we claim our share?
