Injunction by the neighbour for the property on name of grandfather

I want to build a house at my property . And I have started building house. But another person beside my place. He want to grab my place into his place. He was petitioned in court in the name of my grand father. Bu t my grand father has no relation to my place. But opposite person petitioned and got temporary injunction to my place with the name of my grand father. Is temporary injunction acceptable on my place....?

yes temporary injunction is acceptable, that the said Hon'ble court passed the interim injunction not only against you grand father, i think it is clearly mentioned in the order that " injunction is granted against agents, henchmens, SPA's, GPa, or all others persons related to your grand father..
you have to wait for 3 days from the date of the order then you will receive notice or summon from the court, if you not received any notice or summon within 3-4 working days then immediately contact or appoint the Advocate to handle the situation and defend your case otherwise you will set exparte by the said Hon'ble court.
I also have lot of experience to handle such cases in Hyderabad and all over the telangana state ..,,we successfully defend our many clients in this type case ,, you can appoint me as your advocate to handle your case..if your property come under jurisdiction of Telangana State.
