Inherited Property Gifted As Dowry Without Proper Partition

My fathers mother has taken signature forcibly for a will when he had reached 23 years of age to gift to her daughter and the property is a inherited property from my fathers father side and today the same daughter has gifted to her daughter as dowry. My question is is this legally correct under hindu law
at that time ur grand father was alive or not. is it a ancestorial property.? and ur father has any right to that property in recordically? and plz contact me as soon as possible. get entire documents
