Implicated in false abortion case for want of property no MLC marked.

Sir my younger son has been implicated in a false abortion by wife of his elder brother that he hit her and she aborted four month foetus. she reported two days later to police and no medico legal case is prepared in hospital. She visited hospital as a normal patient , got treatment and left against medical advice. Doctor ha indicated no injuries. However she supported the case with bed slip and discharge slip. she has also attached one ultrasound report. he was 50 km away from the place of incidence. But lower court has summoned him. I am afraid that he will be arrested by the court what to do kindly suggest. Case has been registered under ipc313 504 and 506. I am a hindu.
on the above mentioned query the legal opinion from my part is please file immediately a plaint with the circumstances and proofs , for quashing of FIR in the concerning High Court with the prayer of same day bail from the concerned court.
if the court is not satisfied for quashing of FIR , besides that the court shall passes the order of same day bail for the accused.
