Hi sir/madam i would like to know what is imperium injunction and temporary injunction ,plz tell the difference.

interim Injunction and temporary injunction are one and the same. Both are granted for a temporary period from restraining some one to interfere with your personal right. It is granted for specific period only till your rights are proved. If your failed to prove the same, then said injunction will be vacated.
