My parents took a loan of 3 lacs against GPA, from a person in jul 2017, now the family illegally lived on our property since six months even after received that amount. They can't let us in in our own home. They lived on our property in the name of lease on second floor with fake documents. How i get back my parental property with them. My parents alive and they are rented now no fir were written against them when we complained. They not returned our papers yet and they are making issues when we selling that proprty.
