I bought a flat and a garage in a standalone building. The garage has a space for 2cars. One was already purchased by owner 1. I bought the 2nd one. When I purchased there was a concrete wall between 2 space. I asked promoter to break it as it can damage my car. He agreed, as it was constructed by owner 1. But after my registry I talked to the owner 1,he said he will not demolish it because he thinks without partition one can easily park into his place (don't know how). Now it is damaging my car
