Illegal construction in my lakd

illegal construction has done in my Agriculture land.they have not taken any permission from gram panchayat as well. Government officials are not responding properly.plz guide me to demolish those construction and to retain the property. Land is on my name only.
as per your query illegal construction is being made by some person to solve the issue first you have to make a complaint to GP and if no action is been taken than file a WP in HC and also make a criminal complainant for trespassing.
