04-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Q. Sir/ma'am, if 4 brothers do legal case on their cousin for property , and case is running from many years in district and high court, so now if 2 out of 4 brothers decide to take their name out of the case, so now only 2 remained, is that cause them to lose their case or is it make their case weak ? Please give me answer.
It depends upon the type, nature and stage of the case. There is not any thumb rule for it. To give exact answer of you question enough knowledge of the case is required. It would be right to say that the question is incomplete.
