I wish to enquire about a Pagdi room affidavit violation

F=Father and tenant of a pagdi room in mumbai from 1980 S=F's son and resident of pagdi room till 2012 with ration, voter and aadhaar cards SS=S's son (F's grandson) who lives outide mumbai All hindus 1994-S gave an affidavit to F stating he received cash and he/heirs will not claim any of F's properties esp. pagdi room. 2007-SS got irrevocable PoA from F by depoisting some amount in F's bank. 2011-F died of old age 2012-SS with the help of S and Landlord entered into redevelopment agreement with a builder and receiving rent. Building is almost ready now (2017) Q1) Can S and SS be sued for violation of affidavit by F's other sons? can an injunction order be taken? Q2) Can SS be sued under SRA law for not meeting eligibility requirements i.e. as a voter and resident? Q3) Can S and SS be sued in any other way? Thank you for your precious time.
Yes a suit for permanent injunction will be maintainable under Specific Relief Act coupled with an application for temporary injunction under Civil Procedure Code, 1908. for better understanding we would like to review the documents and would see if a criminal case can be made out or not
