I Wish to Cancel my Flat Booked with Builder in Greater Noida as my financial conditions are not at par to continue.
it depends on the document you signed with the builder. apparently you can cancel the booking but if it just because of your financial position and of no fault of builder you will get refund only as per terms and conditions of the booking document. the correct advise and procedure can only be given after going through the document.
