I want to know about the joint property

I m sunni Muslim married for 9years.husband stay wth his 1st family In X.he hd purchased flat in B.I m 2nd owner of the flat.He doesn't give me maintenance regularly nor allow me to stay in our house.He had rented it.I stay at brothers house.Legally can I give 1month notice to tenant 2 vacate the flat? Do I have right to give the notice? I appear as Co owner of the said flat in agreement of flat. whereas the agreement wth tenant is in his name.Please help..
if you are the tenant you can legally through advocate give notice to the tenant and ask him to vacate the flat and if he does not vacate you can file a suit against him and also if your husband is not providing maintenance to you you can also file a suit against him.
