I want to know about my share in the property of my father's land?
29-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father bought land with his own money, but now he is died and my mother is also died, I have four sisters (all are married) and I am one son(unmarried) of my parent, then I wanted to know that the land will mine or it will be distributed to my four sisters
If your father died without will stating what will happen to the property bought by him by his own money then property/land will be divided/distributed as per provisions contained in Hindu Succession Act.
