i want to deposit my home rent to court.

hell sir , my landlord die , i want to deposit my rent in court . how and what is the processer.
please tell me . thanks
you can deposit the rend without any court order by opening an account either in bank or post office and it is advisable to send a legal notice to his legal heirs to collect the rent and to continue as a tenant and if they refused to do so you can file a civil suit in the court of law
