How will property distribution be done if grandfather died without wil
19-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir, Needed you some suggestions on my family property dispute. My Grandfather did not create any property will and after his death a lot of property disputes started. It's started in 2011 and is continuing till. My grandfather has 8 children (6 daughter & 2 sons) Major dispute is between the brothers. Eldest son is supported by his 5 sister and his mother where as the youngest brother and sister are creating problems in dispute resolution. Many a time police has been involved in the matter but gained no results. In 2011 youngest son and youngest daughter of my grandfather created list of Property which they promised to provide to my father. And showed my father there list of properties too.
Hello, this property can be distributed through succession, have to approach before tehsil and court to get property distributed equally to all warison. To get succession certificate you need to file few documents before the court.
