How will great grandfathers's property be divided after his death

My great grandfather purchased a plot earlier. Before his death, he made a will of the plot in the name of his grandson (i.e my father). Now, my father transferred the property under gift deed to my name with his only signature on the document. anyone including my sister in my family tree can claim the share in property....
