How will great grandfathers's property be divided after his death

My great grandfather purchased a plot earlier. Before his death, he made a will of the plot in the name of his grandson (i.e my father). Now, my father transferred the property under gift deed to my name with his only signature on the document. anyone including my sister in my family tree can claim the share in property.... My family tree is as follows Great grandfather ______|_______ S D D D D ___|__________ S D D D D _|____ M D S= Son D= Daughter M= Myself Religion-hindu

if the property is devolved from the anscetors and you need to prove either one penny from joint holdings was withdrawn and flew into the self acquired then you can claim share in the property and you need to have concrete proof
