How will ancestral property will be distributed

We have a ancestral property in the name of my grandmother (5 sons, 4 dotrs). the property was purchased by my father in the name of my grand mother. one of my uncle (fathers younger brother) brought his son in law and breaking everything and occupying. our property is not divided. our land is not myadi patta buut eksonia or devalaiya. the uncle (fathers younger brother)family along with my another widow aunty (fathers elder brither wife) is claiming that they are not given equal share. they are giving case. all my aunty (4 parts) are written in our name. how can we get 5 share. kindly suggest.
