How will ancestral property be divided ?

30-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear sir/mam , The property was in the name of my great grand mother (my grand father's mother). Her only son was my grand father (my father's father ).so I understood that all the properties in her name belong to my grand father and her successions. My grand father and grand mother had 5 daughters and 3 son's.My grand father died once 2 daughters were married .Next every daughters and sons got married and later my grand mother died .After few years my father expired in an accident . Now we are claiming for our property rights.if the property is partitioned now will my 5 aunt's get equal share ? This is my only doubt ... I read in google that ladies can't claim equal share if they were married before 1987 since only after that the law was produced in favour of ladies equality in ancestors property. Since my dad was dead all his bros and sisters teamed up to cheat us and make sure they give very less share to us. Do my aunt's have right to get equal share ? Please explain..thank u

The right of succession of female legal heirs in the case of intestate succession is well established by the The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, irrespective of whether the property is ancestral or self-acquired.

Any meaningful suggestion requires that the documents are perused and facts and issues discussed and analysed .
