How to remove a co owner from a registered and non registered property

Husban and wife purchased four properties in joint holding out of which two have been registered and other two are not. There are only sale agreement and flat is handed over. For registered properties bo mutation done yet. Husband filed divorce and also not paying any society CAM and municipal taxes. 80 % of all four properties were funded from income of sole proprietorship business of wife. By cunning planning of husband the proprietorship business of wife is taken over by a Private limited company where both are directors with 50- 50 share and slowly husband tactfully made the private limited company a defunct and parallely formed a proprietorship business of his own with the help of infrastructure of the company. Now wife is facing a tremendous financial crisis with a minor son. The rift started surrounding a extramarital affair of husband with a lady employee of their own company. Dear Client,
As per the details provided by you my legal suggestion would be that as you have stated that the properties are purchased from your sole income and if that can be proved by you then in that case you have good case for filling a suit for declaration of your title in respect to the properties under the provisions of the "The prohibitions of Benami Transaction Act" ( as amended ) and for rest problems such as your company affairs you should consult a lawyer involved in company affairs matters.
