18-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My late grandfather had bought a new house on name of my uncle and second uncle's wife, both of them have very meagre income nd is a BPL card holder. Now he (uncle) wants property share in old house also. As he claims that the new house was purchased by his income source.nd not grandfather...as because new house is in uncle's name. I want to know whether it can be proved that the new house was accessed by my grandfather monetary help?

Whether all the ancestral property had been divided between the shareholders ? , If yes , then whether the house which brought by your grand father was of before partition ? If yes then you have a case. Contact a good lawyer with all relevant facts and documents
