mera naam anita hai. mere father 2012 me expire ho gye hai or ab property meri maa ke naam per hai. meri marrige 2015 me ho gyi hai. mera koi bhai bahan nhi hai. mere chacha property ke liye pareshan karte hai .
kya will ke dwara meri maa property mere naam per kar sakti hai.

Meri opinion main ya tou aap property through gift deed se apne naam karwa lo lekin ismain registry ka bahut kharcha aata hai . doosra option hai ki aap property ke sambandh main apni mother se apne naam agreement to sell aur will karwa lo aur apne husband ke naam power of attorney karwa lo ya phir agreement to sell apne husband ke naam aur power of attorney and will apne naam karwa lo agar aur jankari chahiye tou mere se bina kisi hichak ke aap mere phone number per call kar sakti ho
