Dear sir,
I belongs to Hindhu Religion & My father was expired and his elder brother forcing his mother to register the whole land in the name of him
As we are legal ansectors we should get 50% of the property after the death of grand mother.
So, can I make a written complaint to sub-registrar to stop/intimate to us when anyone came for registration of that particular survey number.
If yes, please can you send a format of the complaint letter.
You cannot write a letter to subregister asking to stop registration. You must file a Partition suit and get injunction order for not to alienate and then send a letter with court order copy or else include sub-register in the partition suit and court will give an order to sub-register also for not to register. Anything other than this is waste.
