How to include my brother's name as a co-owner in my property

I am the owner of the property and need to include my brother in the ownership along with my parents. Is there a way to do that which is also revocable whenever i want?
Once rights transferred through will or gift deed can not be called off under any circumstances, you may do a general power of attorney GPA which is revocable by this he can enjoy the rights as mentioned in the GPA.
