How to get tax paper transfer and katha when the case is pending

Recently (6 month back) I took a site for my house construction. But when i approach for final document transfer, then the Govt office said, there is case put by family members for that complete survey no on other family members. Due to this, nearly 8-10 sites got impacted. Court case is between 2 families. Why should individual site owners needs to suffer. Site approvals & other legal process like agriculture land to residency plots in 1998 and all plots design & layout formed in 2002. But now, i am facing issue with katha & tax paper transfer. sir. i am not learning actual litigation from your question, any how, you have told yourself that was not doing final document transfer and that time learnt that family case is pending among est the m embers. Even conversion was long back in1998 and sites formed do not mean that the property is free from litigation. If there was a registered partition or court order of their share of the members then absolute title passes. it is better to pressure on vendor for trouble shoot over dispute.
