I want stay order in partion suit ? My case is on agriculture land against step mother ,few part of agriculture land is going on dam, my oppositioner is getting large amount money I want stay order in this partion suit file in court, is it possible????????
This is my response to you:
1. Yes it is possible;
2. You can further claim compensation from the land acquisition authorities;
3. Your lawyer will have to claim to get a stay order;
4. If the court does not allow, then immediately file an appeal.

Who is your opposition and only some one getting large amount how it will affect on you..
